The Selling Process
Every deal is unique and has exceptions. I will be with you every step of the way. Below is a rough outline of the selling process.
Step 1. Consultation
We will meet to discuss your goals, potential improvements, timeline, and the current market.
Step 2. Improvements
I will help you schedule painters, landscapers, and any handy men needed to make repairs. A little can go a long way in getting top dollar for your property!
Step 3. Photos/ Staging
I will hire professional photographers and stagers to make sure your property looks it’s absolute best! I will also gather and assemble all marketing materials.
Step 4. Set Listing Date
We will determine when to list the property, and I will get the listing ready to go live.
Step 5. Listing Goes Live!
I will begin Marketing the property and scheduling showings.
Step 6. Receive and Review Offers
We will review all the offers and choose which one works best for you. I will help you negotiate and counter offer until we are under contract.
Step 7. Buyer’s Inspection/ Repair Resolution
After the Buyer’s have hired a home inspector, there may be some repairs/ amendments that need to be made to the agreement. I will help you negotiate these terms.
Step 8. Prepare for Moving
Almost there! Now we will review the settlement with the Title Company. Time to start packing up!
Step 9. Closing
Congratulations! The funds have been transferred and Loans have been paid off. You have officially sold your property!
